  1. My product is defective, what do I do?

    If your product is defective and unused, please use the chat function on our website, contact us at bodytoy.com@gmail.com, or use our Contact us form. Our Customer Service Team will be pleased to help you. In order to return and receive a refund for a defective product you must get approval and an RMA from our team. Please see also our Refund & Returns Policy for more details.

  2. I would like a refund for my order, how can I do this?

    Check our Refund & Returns Policy, you will find detailed information about returns and refunds there. You must get approval from our team and an RMA before you can return the product to receive a refund. Please be aware that not all products are returnable and make sure by checking the list on our Refund & Returns Policy or contact us either by chat on our website or write to bodytoy.com@gmail.com.

  5. How do you ship your packages? Are they shipped discreetly?

    We ship our packages in completely discreet boxes and envelopes. Check our Shipping & Delivery policy for more information.

  6. I haven't received my tracking number, what should I do?

    Tracking numbers can take up to 3 business days to be created. See our Shipping & Delivery page for more details.

  7. Can I cancel my order?

    We process most of our orders on the same day so cancellations are not possible. See our Shipping & Delivery page for more information.

  8. I only received part of my order, what should I do?

    If you have placed multiple different orders and didn't receive one (or more) or them, then unfortunately we cannot assume responsibility. Please contact your courier as it has probably been lost.

    If you have made a single order that contains multiple items, and didn't receive one (or more) of the items in your order, please chat with us, contact us at bodytoy.com@gmail.com or use our Contact us form and we'll respond within 24 hours, 7 days a week. Our Customer Service Team will be pleased to help you.

  9. I did not receive my order, what should I do?

    Unfortunately, we are not responsible for orders once they leave our warehouse. However, you can always use the chat on our website, contact us under bodytoy.com@gmail.com or use our Contact us form and we can provide you with more information about the shipment date, carrier, tracking no. (in case you did not receive it) etc. or you can also contact your carrier for more assistance.
